Shipping Information

Process of Shipping Orders to Our Customers:

1.

After we receive the order, we validate the order for its quantity, and also verify the geographical location from where the order has been placed.

2.

Once the placed order is validated, we start the packaging process.

3.

We use third-party courier services for both domestic and international orders.

(a)

For domestic orders: We use Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Ekart, XpressBees, etc. to deliver orders within India. It usually takes 3–5 days for delivery. Shipping is free within India.

(b)

For international orders: We use FedEx, DHL, etc. for international deliveries. Generally, it takes 5–10 days to deliver international orders. Shipping outside India is chargeable.

(c)

Import duties, taxes, or customs charges: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges and must be paid by the customer prior to delivery. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4.

When the order is dispatched, a tracking ID is sent to the customer on their email ID and mobile number to track the delivery of the order.

Note*: We use third-party courier services for order delivery, and delivery timelines depend entirely on the courier company. In case of any issue or discrepancy, the customer may contact us or the courier service provider directly.
