Prana Air does not provide a guaranteed refund for every order. Refund requests are accepted only if manufacturing defects are reported within one week of delivery.
What does a customer have to provide to get a refund?
Answer: The customer must provide video and images as proof of the manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
How can a customer claim the refund?
Answer: The customer must prepare proof within 2 days of delivery and contact the helpline number 7391873918 and send proof to info@pranaair.com along with order details.
What is the proof required to claim the refund?
Answer: A video and images of the defective or damaged product at the time of delivery.
Will every customer get the refund?
Answer: No, Prana Air decides refund eligibility based on the proof provided.
When will the customer receive the refund amount?
Answer: After verification, the refund amount will be credited within 5–7 days as per payment gateway terms.
Note: The customer must return the defective or damaged product at their own cost before the refund is processed and provide shipment proof.

Can a customer get the defective or damaged product replaced?
Answer: Yes, Prana Air will replace the product after reviewing the proof provided.
